Job description

  • We are a leading travel company launching a new hotel booking website, and we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our remote team full-time (8 hours per day).
  • Our goal is to provide the best online hotel reservation experience to our customers.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing, supervising, and developing the website’s operations, content, and customer support to ensure seamless service and continuous growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Tourism, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the relevant role, preferably in hotel booking platforms, e-commerce, or the tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of online booking systems, content management, or customer support depending on the role.
  • Good technical skills, including experience with content management tools, automation software, and communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
  • High organizational skills, time management, and commitment to working full-time hours.
