Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance in Saudi Arabia seeks a Site Manager to oversee on-site maintenance and flight-line activities, directing a team of experienced technicians to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the contract.

You will monitor operations, report KPIs monthly, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure complete documentation and release to service, and escalate incidents to the Program Manager and Quality

Qualifications

• Manage and supervise the site maintenance team.

• Authorize Release to Service after validation of tasks.

Job Description:Job Summary:The Site Manager will be responsible for the management and control of personal and activities on site to ensure optimal service support. The Site Manager will ensure all operational requirement of the Contract on site are delivered in timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction. The Site Manager will be responsible to manage compliance of Quality, Safety and Maintenancestandards applicable to Airbus and Customer Standards. The Site Manager will lead a team of experienced maintenance technicians.List of responsibilities: Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations Manage, assign and control the site maintenance team duties Provide monthly reporting on operations KPIs, and performance on site to management Monitor and track operational issues and provide status updates on corrections to management asrequested Ensure satisfactory performance of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within acustomer environment Apply the highest Quality and Safety standards in managing the site operations Report any and all incidents to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager and Qualityand Safety Department Manage all daily preventive, corrective, servicing and routine maintenance works required Manage a team of technicians to effectively inspect, maintain, operate, repair, troubleshoot andservice helicopter systems satisfactorily Perform duties as assigned by the Program Manager to ensure that all the work are completed toas per the planned schedule Verify that the aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraftcondition is serviceable and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate documentations and signed for asrequired by the appropriate AHA Management System Ensure the correct use, control, and return of aircraft parts and materials Ensure that all work is completed on time, on cost and on quality to meet the requirements Airbus Evaluate performance team and provide feedback to management as requested Communicate Safety, Quality and Process updates to team on site Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures Other duties as assignedThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft MaintenanceEmployment Type:Fixed term-Experience Level:ProfessionalJob Family:Material Support & services By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
