Job Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations on site, ensuring project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations are strictly followed.
  2. Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  3. Lead site teams, conduct site inspections, and resolve any technical or operational issues efficiently.
  4. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deliverables and client expectations.
  5. Ensure compliance with SABIC, Aramco, and Royal Commission standards and procedures.
  6. Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to project management.
  7. Implement effective project controls, productivity strategies, and quality assurance systems.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of proven hands-on experience in industrial site management, particularly within SABIC or Aramco project environments.
  3. Strong working knowledge of Saudi market practices, safety standards, and contract management.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and strong documentation skills.
  5. Excellent leadership abilities to mentor and manage multi-disciplinary site teams.
  6. Fluent in English (Arabic language skills will be an added advantage).
  7. Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle high-pressure project demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certifications.
  2. Prior experience in managing multi-phase infrastructure or industrial projects.
  3. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategic planning skills.
