Job description

Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site HSE Specialist (Superintendent) for a construction project. The Site HSE Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment on site.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and international safety standards.
  • Implement and enforce the project’s HSE plan, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, OSHA, NEBOSH, and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
  • Maintain records of safety performance and incident statistics.
  • Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions for site personnel.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and engagement activities.
  • Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.
  • Participate in HSE meetings, emergency drills, and safety reviews.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE, signage, and safety equipment on site.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience in construction or industrial projects, including Saudi ARAMCO projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, and emergency response.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, incident tracking systems, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Saudi ARAMCO approval is required.
