Job Description

Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience : Minimum 4–5 years of site experience in swimming pool systems (installation, commissioning, supervision & site coordination)

Technical expertise required:

• Supervision of installation for filtration, circulation, and disinfection systems
• Heat exchangers, pumps, and valves
• Pool automation and control panels
• Familiarity with installation of balance tanks, overflow systems, and plumbing lines
• Familiar with international standards (e.g., SPATA, FINA, ANSI, ASME, BS, DIN) related to site execution and safety
• Site Management & Coordination Skills:
• Execution and monitoring of daily site works as per drawings and specifications
• Coordination with MEP, civil teams, and subcontractors to avoid conflicts and ensure timelines
• Conducting material inspections, verifying deliveries against approved submittals
• Troubleshooting and resolving site issues during installation and commissioning
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project quality standards
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Daily/weekly site progress reporting
• Preparing red-line/as-built drawings for submission
• Supporting QA/QC documentation and handover packages
• Assisting in preparation of method statements and site-related technical documents
• Communication & Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Abilit to coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Professional approach to report writing, documentation, and follow-ups
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
