Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Site Engineer to join Revie’s growing project team. This role is key to delivering smooth, high-quality renovations across the homes, offices, and rentals we work on. You'll be responsible for making sure everything happening on site aligns with our design intent, meets our standards, and moves forward without delays.

You’ll be working closely with contractors, designers, and project managers to make sure that what’s planned on paper comes to life seamlessly, safely, and efficiently. This is a new role at Revie and a great opportunity to help shape how we manage our projects on-site as we scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities across multiple active renovation projects.
  • Ensure execution matches design intent by reviewing layout drawings, 3D views, and technical details.
  • Identify and flag quality issues, material mismatches, or execution errors early.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and delivery teams to keep everything moving and on schedule.
  • Maintain site documentation: daily reports, progress photos, material receipts, and incident logs.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism are maintained on every job site.
  • Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to resolve issues and propose solutions on-site.
  • Assist with final snagging, quality checks, and handover preparation.
  • Represent Revie on-site with professionalism, care, and an eye for detail.

Technical Know-How

Skills You Should Have

  • Can read and interpret interior design and construction drawings with confidence.
  • Understands how residential and commercial fit-outs actually come together on-site.
  • Knows basic construction methods, finishing details, and how to spot poor workmanship.
  • Comfortable using project tracking tools like Notion and documenting updates digitally.
  • Familiar with how materials behave—and how to resolve issues when something doesn’t go to plan.

Other Important Skills

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Clear communicator — you’ll speak with contractors, team members, and sometimes clients.
  • Able to run multiple sites and priorities without losing focus.
  • A strong team player who wants to be part of building something new.
