Probuilders is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer (Mechanical) to oversee and manage on-siteHVAC and plumbing systems operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of field experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-end projects with demanding requirements. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage on-site teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports and document any issues or changes in the project scope.
- Ensure the proper use of materials and adherence to quality standards during installation and maintenance.
- Led and trained on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt solutions to maintain project timelines.
Requirements:
