Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service
2. Monitor chocolate display and stocking
3. Prepare required orders in coordination with your team and supervisors
4. Operate the cash register appropriately and ensure correct billing
5. Reach individual & overall sales targets
6. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store
7. Maintain merchandise and ensure proper display, storage, etc.
8. Use the prescribed selling techniques to provide customers with a friendly, courteous experience
9. Arrange and package chocolate according to the sale order
10. Control shrinkage and chocolate spoilage
11. Monitor stock levels and share findings with your manager

Requirements:

1. 3 to 6 years experience in Retail / Specialist Food Retail
2. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
3. Sales skills - analytical skills to customize sales approach to customer type
4. Customer handling skills - to be able to handle customer requests
5. Product knowledge - specifications and pricing have to be known by heart
6. Self-disciplined, intelligent, responsible and presentable, positive, enthusiastic
7. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
8. Ability to build relationships with customers and peers
9. Knows to display creatively and also wrap the gift box
