1. Oversee overall functioning of the hypermarket showroom, including sales, staff, inventory, and customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
3. Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels and ensure proper merchandising and display standards.
4. Ensure smooth functioning of billing, cashiering, and stock management processes.
5. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate showroom staff to achieve individual and team goals.
6. Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
7. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to plan improvements and promotions.
8. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management regularly.
