The purpose of this role is to optimize the IKEA shopping experience in both the shop and store, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. This is achieved by motivating and inspiring the department team through a deep understanding of the IKEA product range, services, local market, and customer needs.
Leadership in this role focuses on performance and delivery, while fostering a culture of learning and development. The shopkeeper is responsible for maximizing sales and profitability within the department by conducting analyses, following up on performance, and taking necessary actions.
