Job description

One of our esteemed client in the Steel & Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) sector is actively seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join their operations team in Dammam.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in shipping/logistics supervision within a steel fabrication or structural steel environment. You’ll lead the shipping & packing function, optimize costs, manage finished goods inventory, and ensure timely, damage-free deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily shipping schedules based on production backlogs, priorities, and logistics planning.

Coordinate with internal departments (QC, production, transport, planning) and external transporters.

Ensure export legalization, material dispatch, and finished goods inventory control.

Drive cost optimization and departmental efficiency.

Lead HSE compliance in shipping practices.

Manage and coach the shipping team (foremen, dispatch, packing).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Proven experience in PEB / Steel Fabrication Logistics.

Strong ERP/Oracle/MS Office proficiency.

Certified in Supply Chain Management (preferred).

Excellent English communication skills.
