Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead our Services Business for Electrical Distribution, Energy and Industrial automation in KSA market with focus on ARAMCO account.

  • Act as an advisor for the customers for addressing their Operational and efficiency challenges.
  • Direct Sales of company’s various value-added services to a designated group of existing and new customers.
  • Develop and Drive the strategic Business plan for the growth of Filed Services business for the assigned Accounts.
  • Targeting new projects and potential customers. Penetrating new clients & developing close professional relations with key decision makers and influencers in assigned geographical area.
  • Coordinating projects tenders and quotations with relevant division in the company to meet customer satisfaction and due dates following the Processes formulated by Schneider Electric.
  • Staying current on relevant technologies, fitting solutions to client needs and keeping ahead of competition.
  • Achieve Monthly, Yearly agreed order and sales targets.
  • Representing the company at key events and industry forums.
  • Reporting for all sales and Account related actions using CRM.
  • Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs, and providing specialist assistance and solutions.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • 5-10 years of Sales experience with customers in the Utility. Experience in technical positions such as product management, design, Solution Architect is a plus.
  • Strong technical background on Electrical Distribution Equipment and Networks, Medium Voltage Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, Protection Relays, Industrial Automation, Energy Management Systems, and Field Testing.
  • Strong Knowledge Install Base business for developing and driving solutions such as Modernization, Retrofitting, AMC’s, Digital Services, Trainings, etc.
  • Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.

Primary Location: SA-East-AL Khobar Regional Office

Other Locations: SA-Central-Riyadh Regional office

Schedule: Full-time
