Role Description: As a Senior Consultant, you will be pivotal in providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives, gathering requirements, and tailoring ServiceNow solutions to their needs. You will provide training and support to end-users, resolve issues, and ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure workflows and scripts to automate and enhance business processes
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations tailored to client requirements
  • Build solutions with low-code and pro-code (Javascript)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support ongoing improvements to existing applications
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth implementation of solutions

Skills Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
  • Problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
