We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platform solutions. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow implementations across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Define and document ServiceNow architecture, including data models, integration points, and workflows
• Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and security best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, and platform optimization
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and modules and recommend their adoption
• Ensure high availability, maintainability, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions
• Lead integration with external systems (e.g., Active Directory, CMDB, third-party APIs)
