ServiceNow Platform Specialist

THE WORK:

You will be part of an exciting team where you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. Your expertise will be crucial in providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Support due diligence and assess relevance of offerings in the solution development
• Understand buyer requirements and build the solution plan, proposal, and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods
• Use a data-driven approach using benchmarks & performance measures to articulate key differentiators in the solution
• Develop scoped applications that will utilize all of the ServiceNow s platform functionality.
• Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services with ServiceNow MID server, web services REST , and SSH actions.
• Be a lead contributor on how ServiceNow can be used to integrate to new and existing technologies.
• Build high quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.
• Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high quality product to our users.
• Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
