Salt is working with a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner at the forefront of digital transformation across the Kingdom. As an urgent requirement, we are looking for an experienced Architect who specializes in ITAM!

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Architect, with deep specialization in Software Asset Management (SAM), to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This is a key strategic hire as we expand our platform capabilities and support our growing client base in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM) solutions


• Define technical strategy and roadmap for SAM implementations across large enterprise clients


• Design scalable integrations with 3rd-party systems (e.g. SCCM, Flexera, JAMF)


• Create custom scoped applications and advanced configurations using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs


• Provide expert guidance on SAM best practices, license models, and audit readiness


• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution integrity


• Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder presentations


• Stay updated with platform innovations and support ongoing internal capability development

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform


• 3+ years of dedicated experience in ITAM, with a strong focus on SAM Pro


• ServiceNow CSA and SAM Implementation Specialist certifications


• Proven experience delivering complex ITAM projects in a consulting or partner environment


• Strong JavaScript skills and familiarity with ServiceNow scripting APIs


• Experience with software discovery, normalization, and license reconciliation


• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
