Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead to manage the implementation and technical execution of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to lead a team of developers and work with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and architecture of ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Drive configuration, scripting, and integration efforts.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, compliance, security, audit, and IT.
  • Lead agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retros) and manage sprint deliverables.
  • Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • 3+ years working with ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technical lead in GRC implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex deployments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with data governance and regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – BCM.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred).
  • CRISC or equivalent GRC / security certification (a plus).
