Role Overview:

Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic for one of our entities located in Saudi Arabia. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units.
2. Work within your defined geographical area/territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it.
3. Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first-time fix.
4. Carry out minor repairs to ensure continual operation.
5. Liaise directly with the customer while on-site to build a good working relationship.
