The What
As a Service Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team based in Saudi Arabia and reporting to the CRU Manager.

What You Will Get To Do
As part of the Customer Service Unit, you will be a key team member as a Service Technician. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Estimating and completing repairs, including proper identification of SKUs and parts needed
  • Processing service work orders, logging, tracking, and follow-up
  • Providing over-the-counter repairs for Black & Decker, DEWALT, Stanley, and Bostitch tools
  • Offering technical assistance to distributors, end-users, and staff
  • Processing customer requirements, parts, accessories, and products through POS and internal systems (SAP/MGV)
  • Identifying parts, providing product application and information via phone, counter, mail, and fax
  • Verifying warranty status through date codes and parts condition
  • Managing inventory, ordering parts and SKUs to maintain service levels
  • Ensuring courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service to maximize satisfaction
  • Following up with customers on parts and tool orders
  • Making operational decisions daily, coordinating processes like cash controls, returns, warranty, and paperwork to meet audit standards
  • Handling branch opening and closing duties, including cash register and computer management
  • Assisting with shipping, receiving, and other duties as assigned
Who You Are
You should be a graduate of a community college or trade school (preferred), with experience in service environments, especially with power tools or compressor repair (asset). Effective communication, sales skills, organizational ability, and familiarity with cash registers and computers (especially Microsoft Office) are essential.
