JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Service Technician in the Saudi market. Within our industry-leading Institutional division, we offer comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. After completing an initial training program, you will work with a variety of restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab by installing, servicing, and maintaining ware washing, laundry, and dispensing systems that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

What You Will Do :

1. Install, repair, and perform maintenance on ware washing, laundry, and dispensing equipment and systems.
2. Communicate our total value to the customer and strengthen our relationship.
3. Ensure our customers’ facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained by demonstrating safe equipment use.
4. Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.

Position Details :

1. Work Schedule: Willing to work overnight shifts, be on call at night, on weekends, and over holidays as needed.

Minimum Qualifications :

1. 2 years of mechanical service-related experience.
2. Currently in safe driver status.

Physical Demands :

1. Ability to complete pre-employment assessments including a physical, lift and/or carry 75 pounds, color vision test, and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Associate degree.
2. Previous mechanical problem-solving experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical experience) in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa.
