Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Unox Service Team in Jeddah. This position will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer sites across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling within KSA.
- Oversee all aspects of on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions.
- Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment.
- Create detailed and comprehensive service reports after each service visit.
Requirements:
- Native speaker of Arabic.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, reacting positively to challenges.
- At least 2 years of experience in the electromechanical field.
- Willingness to travel within KSA (up to 80% of the time).
