SERVICE TEAM & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (up to $60K)

This is a Full Time, Direct Hire position

Responsibilities:
Service Support
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service-related inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Coordinate with service engineers to schedule installations, repairs, and routine maintenance for machinery.
  • Arrange travel for service engineers with assistance from a travel agency.
  • Manage the office calendar to keep everyone informed.
  • Ensure service requests are tracked and processed using CRM software, providing customers with status updates.
  • Update customer cases with service reports from engineers.
  • Follow up with customers monthly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing service contracts and perform post-service follow-up.
Logistics Support
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage machinery deliveries.
  • Keep customers informed about shipment status.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service and/or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, including shipping, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2 or 4-year degree is a plus.
Compensation:
  • M-F work schedule (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
  • Competitive salary up to $60K, commensurate with experience
