Job Duties

1. Under general supervision, promote excellent customer relations at the worksite.
2. Plan and perform necessary calculations for the job at the well site as needed.
3. Coordinate the activities of service operators during equipment rig up and rig down on a location and prepare equipment for performing a job.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
5. Manage materials inventory when acting as Halliburton's sole service provider at the well site.
6. Perform data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed.
7. Utilize competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.
8. Ensure field paperwork is correctly completed.
9. Perform job tasks accurately, impacting cost containment, efficiency, and profitability of operations.
10. Acquire skills through completion of HAL Career Development (Competency) requirements for the job role. Possess an Offshore Medical certificate as required.
11. Maintain excellent skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Be knowledgeable of HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines for CT personnel.
12. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
13. Participate actively in quality improvement processes.
14. Possess an Offshore Survival & Emergency Training certificate as required.
