Job description

Leverage your experience and join the dynamic team in theService Sales Specialistrole at a company that ranks among the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.


Key Accountabilities
  1. Penetrates into IB, promotes various upgrade, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers.
  2. Understands the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and prepares sales plan
  3. Utilizes the IB database to understand the existing IB and identifies and develops sales opportunities.
  4. Focuses on the entire service portfolio to secure profit for assigned business/product groups.
  5. Generates service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trends.
  6. Sells entire service product portfolio to expand the company’s footprint in the designated area(s).
  7. Acts as a marketer/salesperson of company’s service products and solutions during marketing activities
  8. Establishes long-term customer relationships by understanding their requirements.
  9. Documents customer feedback and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  10. Updates IB in the service database regularly with the changes made at the site.
  11. Plans and performs the right number of weekly sales visits and reports them on CRM.
  12. Updates and monitors sales proposals and tenders and follows up on proposal statistics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service organization with at least 3 years’ experience in sales.
  • Knowledge to use sales tools (Salesforce, SAP booking, PPT, Excel, and Microsoft) is an advantage.
  • Must have a knowledge of service portfolio for Low Voltage and Medium Voltage
  • Fluency in English (reading & writing) is required.
