Marketing & Sales Manager - Service

The division’s extensive service portfolio offers product care, modernization, and advisory services to improve performance, extend equipment lifetime, and deliver new levels of operational and sustainable efficiency. We help customers maximize resource utilization, extract maximum value from their assets, and recover and regenerate products and materials at the end of their lifecycle.

  1. Identify and develop service sales opportunities within the Installed Base (IB), promoting upgrades and value-added solutions.
  2. Build strong customer relationships by aligning ABB’s service offerings with client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  3. Manage sales activities using CRM tools, including planning visits, tracking leads, and updating proposals.
  4. Support marketing initiatives and maintain accurate service data to drive growth and mitigate risks.

Qualifications for the Role:
