Marketing & Sales Manager - Service

ABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability, and sustainability of electrical products and installations. The division’s extensive service portfolio offers product care, modernization, and advisory services to improve performance, extend equipment lifetime, and deliver new levels of operational and sustainable efficiency. Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop service sales opportunities within the Installed Base (IB), promoting upgrades and value-added solutions.
2. Build strong customer relationships by aligning ABB’s service offerings with client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Manage sales activities using CRM tools, including planning visits, tracking leads, and updating proposals.
4. Support marketing initiatives and maintain accurate service data to drive growth and mitigate risks.

Qualifications for the Role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in service organizations, including 3 years in sales.
• Proficient in Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing), with strong communication skills.
• Experience in OHS, technical support, process optimization, and customer-centric sales practices.
