Service Manager

The Measurement & Analytics Division is among the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers, working at the heart of industrial digital transformation. Our portfolio includes analyzers for gases and liquids, instrumentation for process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level, as well as force measurement solutions and advanced digital solutions for device management, health checks, and predictive maintenance. We serve industries including oil and gas, chemical, water and wastewater, power, hydrogen, batteries, and marine. Our goal is to optimize industrial processes by providing and analyzing data from sensing and measurement devices, supporting environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.

• Proactively promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions to maximize customer value and expand ABB's installed base, while identifying new service opportunities through market insights and lead generation.

• Understand and implement channel strategies, establish competitive pricing, prepare and review sales plans, and initiate recovery actions to meet targets.

• Represent ABB's service portfolio in marketing and customer engagement activities, including campaigns, exhibitions, and meetings, positioning ABB as a trusted service partner.

• Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals, support clients throughout the sales cycle, and maintain regular interactions with structured reporting.

Qualifications for the role:
