Core Responsibilities
  1. Provide management information and insights on all aspects of work area performance to facilitate discussion and decision-making, both periodically and for ad-hoc requests.
  2. Follow departmental policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  3. Review customer contracts and record them on internal systems per policy.
  4. Estimate materials needed to deliver contracts based on tender specifications.
  5. Review project specifications and identify supply sources from Otis factories.
  6. Coordinate with various teams within Otis to gather relevant cost information for technical and commercial requirements.
  7. Prepare estimation price lists including materials, manpower, duties, fees, tools, transportation, and other requirements as per project conditions and procedures.
  8. Calculate margins and safe buffers to create profitable sales propositions.
  9. Order the release of materials as per approved drawings.
  10. Maintain records of sales activities and contracts using E-Logistic tools.
  11. Archive all contract terms and conditions according to process.
  12. Review key reports monthly to identify trends requiring further analysis.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or equivalent.
  • Relevant certification such as CSA or similar preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations within a construction/engineering organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years in roles with increasing responsibilities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.
