The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused candidate to take a very dynamic team and market to the next level as Sales Engineer for Compressor Technique Service (CTS) Division.
Mission
To develop, motivate, and manage a dedicated service sales team with a hands-on approach. To aggressively grow the service contract business and advanced services within the defined territory. To act as part of the service management team. To ensure we sell and deliver professional services and exceed customer expectations. To maximize both internal and external customer satisfaction. To establish and manage business intelligence data to capture the full market potential.
To ensure outstanding competence in service sales and continuously improve and develop the sales team on service products, creating a development plan with the CTS Sales Manager.
To personally take ownership of the most significant service key accounts, provide marketing inputs to explore new ways of safeguarding top positioning of Atlas Copco service in the market.
To increase the customer portfolio by prospecting and identifying new potentials and ensuring excellent after-sales service. To plan and prioritize sales team activities to achieve business aims for total responsibility contracts.
To work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets, including Airscan, AirNet, upgrades, and focused products, performing field visits to assess customer needs based on their machine installations.
To fulfill commitments for timely responses and ensure the CRM platform is always up to date, with all sales activities recorded promptly and tools fully utilized for mobility.
To achieve set targets for NIS and profitability and ensure customer feedback is acknowledged, acted upon, and reported back.
To upsell products and services, carry out telesales, mailer campaigns, research, and generate new leads for CTS products.
Maximize revenue and profitability of the service business across the territory by promoting sales of compressor technique Service products to new and existing customers in line with business plans.
