A leading company in service and aftermarket business seeks a seasoned sales professional to boost customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, leading negotiations, and fostering customer growth. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in service sales, and be proficient in both English and Arabic. Role Responsibilities:
About the Role:
We are looking for an established sales professional supporting in various sales activities and customer relationship management for service and aftermarket business (Service agreements, Repairs). Responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance sales performance.
Prepare quotation or proposals and follow up on service sales enquires (e.g. service repair, maintenance contract proposals)
Lead negotiation at optimum profit levels
Achieve order booking in a timely manner meeting consistently sales metrics and annual targets
Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for service revenue growth
Connected service sales by Providing professional proposal, offerings and technical support in related to digitalized service.
Responsible for payment collection
To ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities and meeting financial targets.
Prepares the monthly sales forecast according to the Service Requirements and presents it to management.
Executes customer visit schedules
Interact with customers to increase sales, increase market share, increase product awareness, and educate customers.
Role Purpose:
Sales channel development & expansion in service agreements and service repair businesses.
Achieve sales targets through effective business development and relationship-building strategies
Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Develop a deep understanding of the company s products and solutions to package and present the most suitable options to clients
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering is preferable) or MBA.
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience - Selling service contracts and Service sales.
Proficiency in English & Arabic
Sales and negotiation skills.
