Your Impact
We are looking for an Account Manager with a focus on growing Service Providers account in Saudi Arabia. In this job, you will:

  1. Focus on customer experience and become your customers' trusted advisor.
  2. Own and develop the Cisco Account Management Business Plan.
  3. Orchestrate cross-functional team members to deliver complete business solutions.
  4. Plan and implement the sales strategy to meet the agreed landmarks and timescales and ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
  5. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  6. Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline development reports.
  7. Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs, and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of shown success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  2. A solid technical background or extensive Cisco and/or competitive technology knowledge to effectively present Cisco solutions to the customer.
  3. Mastery in developing trusted customer relationships with both technical decision-makers and the business.
  4. Sense for business, flexibility, and the instincts to adapt to a high-energy, dynamic environment characterized by innovation and high growth expectations.
  5. Excel in working collaboratively within a team.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills in English and Arabic languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Sales experience working with telecom/service provider customers.
  2. Skilled in understanding the customers business drivers and aligning these to Cisco solutions.
  3. Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to our customers and Cisco.
  4. Strong operational excellence and financial competence.
  5. BE degree or equivalent.
