The role holder is responsible for leading Service Field teams within the assigned branch/territory to execute repair, modernization, and other technical field service projects, optimize team efficiency, and enhance customer experience. The role holder shall carry out duties in accordance with business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops Service Field plans including manpower and materials for the team in assigned territories to optimize utilization.
  2. Monitors Service Field projects within the assigned branch/territory, ensuring cost and progress are tracked and potential issues mitigated.
  3. Establishes the branch/territory expense and operational budgets with inputs from the contracted business and monitors the Service Field team’s compliance.
  4. Assesses the performance of the assigned branch/territory against annual plans to ensure KPIs are achieved timely.
  5. Approves manpower and material changes to Service Field projects based on scope and business needs.
  6. Leads quality and safety audits across client sites to ensure teams operate within prescribed quality parameters and safety procedures.
  7. Conducts field visits across client sites to maintain rapport with stakeholders and reinforce Otis’s commitment to customer service.
  8. Implements corrective actions to address operational and performance issues.
  9. Provides management with timely information on Service Field operations for effective decision-making.
  10. Prepares performance reports for Service Field teams within the region.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Master’s degree preferred.
  3. Relevant certifications like CCM, PMP, or similar are preferred.
  4. Minimum 5 years of experience managing field operations in construction/engineering.
  5. At least 4 years in progressively managerial roles.
  6. Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
