Job Duties

1. Under direct supervision, perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA), safety meetings, and the rigging up and down of Coil Tubing service line equipment.
2. Assemble and prepare equipment for installation and service.
3. Assist in running jobs.
4. Maintain general housekeeping, clean up, repair, and prepare equipment for the next job.
5. Perform pre/post job Coiled Tubing equipment inspections.
6. Responsible for safe crane and rigging operations during service delivery in accordance with customer design and KPIs.
7. Operate high-pressure fluid pumps and coil tubing support equipment (flow back package).
8. Perform hydrostatic testing on Blow Out Prevention (BOP) and reels during pre/post job procedures, including preventative maintenance.
9. Mentor peers and train Operator Assistants.
10. Monitor well control parameters and calculations before and during job applications.
11. Perform and complete preventative maintenance on all Coil Tubing equipment.
12. Perform job tasks correctly to impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations positively.
13. Drive trucks or other assigned equipment as required.
14. Apply PSL-specific equipment/job skills.
15. Complete essential math, red book, and Coil Tubing I training.
16. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills due to the nature of oil field service work.
17. Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and comply with safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
18. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.
19. Participate actively in the Quality Improvement Process.
