Job description

Cognizant is hiring a Service Line Specialist specialized in Intelligent Automation for the fast-paced Middle East region (UAE/SAUDI/QATAR).

This position will be responsible for generating opportunities for Consulting, Automation, and Operational Analytics with existing clients and new prospects. You will collaborate closely with Cognizant's Client Partners and offshore delivery teams to identify opportunities and sell Automation programs, leveraging deep industry and capability knowledge.

Join our growing teams in the Middle East region for this SME role dedicated to IPA (Intelligent Process Automation). You will enhance your skills in Business Process Transformation and Business Consulting, helping clients develop innovative solutions, improve operating models, and execute strategic initiatives.

This role will be based in our Riyadh office and will require regular travel within the region.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the IPA sales process by presenting solutions to top prospects and communicating the business value proposition.
  2. Collaborate with Client Partners, Sales Executives, and Delivery Managers to generate new leads from existing accounts.
  3. Analyze industry verticals and prioritize Advisory, Automation, and Operational Analytics offerings to address current and future challenges faced by clients.
  4. Increase sales/revenue and build a sales pipeline to meet IPA sales targets.
  5. Expand Cognizant's automation portfolio within existing accounts.
  6. Support the team and ensure effective performance management.
  7. Develop and maintain client relationships in conjunction with the account team.
  8. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Intelligent Process Automation tools and their application in client environments.
Your profile
  1. Ability to lead initiatives, build networks, and demonstrate strategic and tactical skills as a self-starter.
  2. Business degree with 8+ years of experience in developing, selling, or supporting IT, ITES, or consulting services in the Middle East.
  3. Proven experience with Automation vendors and tools such as Microsoft, UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
  4. Experience supporting account teams and fostering collaborative relationships.
  5. Understanding of Nearshore and Offshore delivery models.
  6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and account executives.
  7. Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify strategic solutions.
  8. Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and industry events.
  9. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
