Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled
IT Service Governance Specialist to support the definition, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM principles and governance standards, particularly within enterprise or government environments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ITIL certification (or equivalent) required; additional certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT and business/industry environments.
- Strong background in defining, designing, deploying, and managing ITSM processes.
- Experience in service lifecycle management and IT governance implementation.
Competencies & Skills:
- Expert-level understanding of ITSM principles (e.g., ITIL).
- Strong grasp of enterprise IT technologies and their governance implications.
- Proven experience operationalizing ITSM standards and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with local and international IT governance standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within national government or semi-government entities is strongly preferred.
