Job description

Overview:

The Service Fulfillment Center Manager oversees the provisioning and activation of telecom services for ADC customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment across products such as connectivity, digital services, and mission-critical applications. The role ensures end-to-end orchestration of service orders, optimizes fulfillment workflows, and ensures a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Service Fulfillment Center, ensuring all service requests are provisioned accurately and within committed SLAs.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Product, and Network Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handover of service orders.
  • Monitor service activation processes and implement process improvements to reduce order fallout and delays.
  • Maintain close coordination with OSS/BSS and IT teams to ensure fulfillment systems are performing and integrated as expected.
  • Lead a team of provisioning specialists and coordinators, ensuring quality and customer-centric execution.
  • Track key fulfillment KPIs and generate reports for executive and operational visibility.
  • Ensure fulfillment processes are compliant with regulatory obligations and internal policies.
  • Drive automation and digitization of fulfillment workflows in alignment with ADC’s transformation objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Telecommunications.

Experience:

  • +4 years in service delivery, provisioning, or telecom operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of telecom service activation flows and OSS/BSS systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of digital fulfillment and workflow automation tools is a plus.
