As a Service Execution Team Leaderyou willlead and manage a service execution team in delivering high-quality HR services,ensuring efficient daily operations, and client satisfaction through adherence to approved procedures and operational standards. We're looking for goal-driven, detail-oriented professionals with a passion for service delivery.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage the service execution team
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR and operational services
  • Distribute daily tasks and oversee team performance (field and office)
  • Operate government platforms to execute services
  • Maintain accurate data and system updates
  • Coordinate with B2B clients to fulfill service requirements
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up on requests
  • Resolve daily operational issues efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and internal policies
  • Support continuous improvement and performance enhancement efforts
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating online platforms.
  • Educational background or training in IT or computer-related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
