Leverage your experience and join the dynamic team in the Sales and Business Development Representative role at a dynamic start-up operating under the umbrella of a leading provider specializing in financial services, human capital development, and training solutions aligned with Vision 2030, based in Riyadh & Jubail, Saudi Arabia .
As a Sales & BD Representative you will play a key role in driving sales growth by building relationships with B2B customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable HR Solutions. The ideal candidates are skilled communicators, goal-oriented, and passionate.
Key Accountabilities
• Execute and follow up on daily tasks related to HR services.
• Coordinate with clients to deliver required services efficiently and professionally.
• Update records and data in electronic systems accurately and timely.
• Prepare regular reports on workflow and service quality.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on client requests through available communication channels.
• Ensure adherence to approved standards and policies in service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and enhanced performance outcomes.
• Operate on government platforms to support service execution.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
