Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
  • Knowledge of Wet & Dry Gas Seals and support systems.

You support our team as

Service Engineer DGS CoC

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain DGS CoC facilities and equipment, make recommendations as & when required.
  2. Assist the service manager for DGS CoC efficient operations and speedy delivery of DGS.
  3. Make recommendations for additional resources including personnel and equipment, and training needs of personnel.
  4. Coordinate the smooth running of the DGS CoC with service staff.
  5. Assist sales department in troubleshooting jobs; carry out important installation jobs at sites.
  6. Where applicable, make RCA reports of DGS Seals.
  7. Provide technical support to sales regarding technical presentations, training seminars for customers and staff.
  8. Maintain various ongoing service contracts.
  9. Work closely with EB-Service Engineering department for finalizing RCA of DGS failures, Test cells & Faster Repair.
  10. Coordinate with customers, vendors & sales department for DGS CoC-related clarifications, queries and recommendations.
  11. Assist the Service manager in preparing monthly DGS CoC Planning & Progress Reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of technical experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related industries, especially in Wet & Dry Gas Seals & support systems (Assembly, Installation, Troubleshooting)
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment general arrangement, design and assembly, BOM
  • Experience with large and complex organizations
  • Proficiency in computer and IT systems (Advanced MS Office, Power BI, document management)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
