The role holder is responsible for supporting the technical team with service activities including repairs and root cause analysis. The role must adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide management insights on work performance to facilitate decision-making.
  2. Follow departmental policies and procedures for consistent work execution.
  3. Guide staff in inspecting, analyzing, and recommending corrective actions for units with high or repeated callbacks.
  4. Coordinate with OTISLINE for callback assignments.
  5. Identify malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems using test equipment.
  6. Adjust safety controls, door mechanisms, and other components.
  7. Inspect wiring, control panels, and alignments to ensure equipment health.
  8. Supervise disassembly, repair, or replacement of defective units.
  9. Test and verify completed work for standards compliance.
  10. Maintain detailed repair logs.
  11. Ensure safety regulations and building codes are met, and complete service reports.
  12. Monitor work areas and provide safety training to staff.
  13. Arrange or conduct training in safety and technical skills.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant field experience in construction/engineering.
  3. Minimum of 2 years in progressively responsible roles.
  4. Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
