Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Completing assigned tasks by coordinating activities of service staff, recognizing and meeting customer needs, maximizing output, controlling costs, and ensuring safety standards.
  2. Organizing documentation (Materials, Invoices, PODs, SDRF) and preparing for audits.
  3. Performing other duties related to O&M and assigned jobs as directed by the TP&S Team Leader.
  4. Controlling activities of Customer Service staff; providing guidance and monitoring performance.
  5. Engaging with customers daily alongside commercial and field service teams.
  6. Reviewing services and liaising with Sales and Engineers to understand customer requirements.
  7. Preparing work schedules, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Processing orders and materials requests, and following up on deliveries.
  9. Submitting monthly reports to the Line Manager and updating them on progress and customer needs.
  10. Ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
  11. Promoting Veolia products and maintaining service quality.
  12. Complying with QHSE regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

Experience: 1-3 years in the same field
