Essential Responsibilities

• Provide in-field technical advice and supervision to customers on inspection, repair, installation, alignment, and start-up of pumps and related equipment.
• Evaluate warranty claims through site investigations.
• Support site engineering evaluations for potential upgrades of installed units.
• Assist the Saudi Workshop Operation team as required.
• Achieve a high First Time Fix Rate, ensuring jobs are done right the first time.
• Submit all documentation (visit reports, timesheets) within 5 days of job completion.
• Provide weekly reports on attended jobs.
• Be proactive in improving hours utilization and support the workshop team while in the office.
• Maintain ISO9001 certification and ensure accurate completion and sign-off of shop folders.
• Promote and enforce safety and environmental policies.
• Ensure tools and equipment are inspected, maintained, and kept in proper, tidy condition.
• Win and implement at least one annual site service agreement.
• Aim to achieve zero customer complaints.
