Essential Responsibilities:

1. Provide in-field technical advice/supervision to customers in all aspects of inspection, repair, installation, alignment, and start-up pumps and related rotating equipment.
2. Carry out evaluation of warranty claims by site investigation.
3. Provide Site Engineering support in evaluating potential for engineering upgrades of installed units.
4. Assist Saudi Workshop Operation team as required.
5. First Time Fix Rate & getting a job done right first time.
6. To submit all documentation (FS visit report + Time sheets) within 5 days of job completion.
7. To submit weekly reports for jobs attended.
8. Being Proactive & improve hours utilization - support AM workshop team while in office.
9. Maintain ISO9001 certification, Accurate completion & sign off of shop folders.
10. Promote and enforce safety and environmental policies.
11. Ensure that tools and equipment are always inspected/maintained in good condition and kept in proper place and tidy condition.
12. Win/implement at least one annual site service agreement.
13. Achieve Zero customer complaints.
