Position: TSD Lead

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

  • 8+ years of technical experience
  • Good hands-on experience working as a technical service desk and handling all desktop-related incidents remotely
  • Good experience of ITSM, especially incident and problem management
  • General knowledge on AD, servers, and networks is preferred
  • Work experience on Service Management Tool sets
  • Good knowledge on configuration management
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Exam Certificate preferred
  • Experience on preparing analysis and reporting of service desk activity and making recommendations for increased productivity.
