About Position:

As the Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for repair and maintenance activities. You will manage customer orders, generate quotations, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure accurate record-keeping. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of the service and repair cycle.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Customer Order & Quotation Management: Process orders, generate quotations, and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Customer Communication & Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for all customer-related communication and documentation.
  • Operational Support & Coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling, and the smooth flow of service operations.
  • Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, inquiries, equipment, and technical manuals.
  • Invoice & Financial Coordination: Support invoice preparation, follow-up, and resolution of discrepancies, and liaise with finance.
  • Supply Chain & Procurement Support: Assist with material requests, spare parts ordering, and coordination with suppliers.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Address delivery delays and other operational challenges.
  • Reporting & Administrative Tasks: Complete assigned reports and handle general administrative duties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:

  • Degree or diploma in a technical discipline; Oil & Gas experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
