We are currently seeking a passionate Service Centre Operator responsible for workshop job execution with quality and efficiency. This position reports to the Service Centre Team Manager in Jubail.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate on simple repair or reconditioning tasks within the Service Centre.
• Perform simple repair tasks according to specifications.
• Engage in 5S, safety, and quality initiatives; promptly report problems or risks to management.
• Minimize workshop hours to improve efficiency.
• Continuously develop and update your skills.
• Optional: Assist with field service tasks at customer sites.
• Always wear full PPE as required by the work nature.
• Report technical findings during inspections.
• Report issues to the Team Leader and consult them before proceeding.
• Use proper tools, equipment, and procedures for work execution.
• Follow guidelines outlined in repair and reconditioning procedures.
• Maintain a safety-first attitude during work.
• Ensure daily housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Care for tools, spares, and consumables used during work.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the workshop environment.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on technician with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Positive, agile mindset when facing challenges.
• Good safety awareness.
• Self-starter and results-oriented.
• Team player with good relationship-building skills across cultures.
• Computer literate, skilled in MS Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Tamheer Program:

• Applicants must be Saudi and meet specific criteria, including not being registered in GOSI in the last six months, having a minimum GPA, and recent graduation.
• Maximum training period is 6 months.
• Applicants should not have participated in the program before and must not be currently employed.
• Stipends are 3000 SAR for bachelor’s degree holders and 2000 SAR for diploma holders, covered by Hadaf.
• Risk insurance and certificates of completion from Hadaf and Alfa Laval are provided.

The required documents include a copy of the national ID and an engineering graduation certificate.
