Core Responsibilities
- Provide management information and insights on all business performance dimensions to facilitate decision-making, both periodically and for ad-hoc requests.
- Assist in preparing the annual budget, track expenditure, and ensure adherence.
- Support workforce planning through workload analysis and trend forecasting.
- Implement Otis's vision, mission, and cultural values across all employee groups.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and controls, delivering quality and cost-effective services.
Leadership and Operational Management
- Align financial and strategic planning to meet business objectives for Otis – Middle East.
- Manage branch development plans, product launches, and process streamlining.
- Oversee branch operations to maximize efficiency and customer service standards.
- Resolve administrative issues and coordinate with the General Manager.
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive initiatives and maintain service quality.
Sales and Customer Service
- Guide sales teams to seek opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Develop strategies for customer service improvement and handle customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
Technical and Supply Chain Liaison
- Coordinate with factories on equipment specifications, pricing, and delivery for projects.
Market Intelligence and Change Management
- Review market data and communicate insights for business decisions.
- Implement change initiatives to improve operational processes.
Financial Reporting and Talent Development
- Prepare monthly financial statements for the branch.
- Support talent pipeline development and mentor high-potential team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCM, CPM) preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience managing operations in construction/engineering.
- Minimum 4 years in progressively managerial roles.
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
