Service Advisor-Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah

Job Summary: Acts as the initial point of contact with customers to promote quality service and assist in increasing business within the branch.

Main Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Technician, or Engineer
• Technical expertise in diesel engines
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact point for customers via phone or in-branch, fostering positive relationships
• Assess customer needs and gather relevant information
• Create basic work orders in designated systems
• Provide status updates to customers as needed
