Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Service Advisors with deep automotive knowledge and a sales-driven, customer-centric mindset to join our growing teams in Riyadh and Khobar.

You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, combining technical understanding with outstanding communication to ensure exceptional service delivery, cultural sensitivity, and branch-target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers, record service requirements, and create accurate job cards.
  • Clearly explain repairs, costs, and timelines with a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Coordinate with technicians for smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Promote recommended services and spare parts to meet and exceed branch sales targets.
  • Ensure high-level customer satisfaction through follow-ups, problem resolution, and quality checks.
  • Maintain professional conduct in multi-cultural interactions, respecting local and international customer expectations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Automotive background: Minimum 2 years in a dealership, automotive service center, or spare-parts sales.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance schedules, and basic diagnostics.
  • Proven ability to sell services and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic a plus) with strong cultural adaptability.
  • Customer-service orientation with a proactive sales mindset.
  • Familiarity with workshop management or ERP systems preferred.
