Job description

Organize, monitor, and control project costs, defining project needs for cost control in accordance with contractual requirements, objectives, and company procedures. Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported and maintain updated final project forecasts and expenditure forecasts.

• Prepare project controls plans and detailed manpower utilization plans for discipline or specialty activities.
• Prepare PFSR, including JV and multiple currency analysis.
• Prepare currency cash flow for hedge program.
• Assist with trend and risk management programs.
• Assist with contract management and payments.
• Determine scope definition requirements for discipline or other specialties and coordinate with engineering and other sources to produce required data conforming to the overall estimate preparation plan.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct the preparation of specific budgets. Assist in developing requirements for budgeting standards.

Qualifications:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent discipline.

Other Qualifications:

PMP Certification.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years working with Aramco EPC contractors in KSA.
