Job summary

A leading electronics company in Makkah is seeking a Senior Home Appliances Technician to lead a team in repairing white goods such as refrigerators and washing machines. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in electronics, has at least 2 years of repair experience, and is skilled in customer service. Responsibilities include repairing defective items, managing spare parts, and collaborating closely with suppliers. Fluency in Arabic and/or English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in WG products repair preferably in authorized service centers.
• High ownership towards work-space.
• Communicate in Arabic and/or English Language.

Responsibilities

• Repair defective white goods items according to working instructions.

Job description

We are seeking for Senior Home appliances "White goods" Technician to join our Service - Aftersales team, and lead Home appliances' Technicians.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Repair defective white goods items (ex. Refrigerators, washing machines, Air Conditions cookers…etc) according to the working instructions for technical center repairs.
2. Supports in the repair of the HA products (ex. Water dispensers, ….etc)
3. Control the consumption of the spare parts.
4. Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
5. Daily update the system for the work done.
6. Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions.
7. Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.
8. Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Senior White goods Technician.
9. Assure the implementation of the services SOPs in his daily activities
10. Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

1. Holding diploma degree in electronics or equivalent
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in WG products repair preferably in authorized service centers.
3. Hard working and team player.
4. High ownership towards work-space.
